It depends on the test. Panels like fasting blood sugar and lipid profile need 8–10 hours of fasting (water is fine). We'll let you know exactly what's required when you book.

Most routine panels are ready within 24 hours. Same-day tests like CBC and blood sugar are often ready the same evening. Specialized panels may take 48–72 hours — we'll always tell you the expected time before you book.

Yes. Our phlebotomists follow the same collection, labeling, and cold-chain transport protocols used in-clinic, and every sample is processed at our central lab — not at your home.

You can pay the phlebotomist directly by cash or digital wallet (eSewa/Khalti) at the time of collection, or we can send a payment link in advance.
